Today students got an exercise in describing artwork because often students like to put their opinions into descriptions and/or describe too little about a work. Students rotated between being the artist and witness. The witness described the image to the artist who had to draw only what they were being told. Without peeking! Students were all quite surprised to turn and see what they were actually drawing. This lesson winds down procedures and soon students will all be making their own art!
